my stay here was amazing! i’ve been to taipei before, but this place really exceeded my expectations while exploring the coast. the location is super convenient, with great amenities and top-notch service that made me feel at home.

i didn’t enjoy the breakfast choices.

absolutely great and lovely hotel located close enough to the beitou one as well as the train station and a couple of other areas close by. the location marvellous and incredible on the best night markets to visit.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and comfy, spacious room with a relaxing spa bath. the hotel’s location was a win too, easy stroll to the night market and local eateries.

An excellent place for staying. Nice decorated, all looks new, very clean, staff are friengly, helping and prompt.feels like home.

When water were opened in the next room I could hear it very well, and when it comes 6:30 am when you still want to sleep it is not so nice.... Maybe it was only in my room.

One of the receptionist ladies was very sweet, soft and polite which gave us a good impression. Room size is not too big but acceptable. The jacuzzi was nice. Walking distance to the nearest mrt st is about 8-10 minutes. Overall, this is a pleasant, comfortable hotel which provide good customer service.

Although the cleaner made some mistakes and made us angry on the second night as we have to transferred to other room for the rest of the nights, the staff in charge resolved this in a good way and apologised, and we didn't get charged for the additional bed for the first two nights due to their errors. Besides, although free wifi was provided, but we can't access it in the room especially on higher floor (I.E. 9th) due to the firewall, 2nd floor was fine as it is nearer to lobby area.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were clean, new, and spacious with large bathrooms and a fridge, including a wine fridge. - I had a fantastic overall experience during my stay. - the location was superb, with attractions like an art museum nearby. - the surrounding area was pleasant and enjoyable.

Had a great experience at this hotel. the venue was clean and convenient; they offered free wi-fi. - the location of the hotel was fantastic, close to NingXia night market, Taipei Main Station, shopping areas, and the MRT.

Good traffic - 0.5 mi walking distance to mtr station, also with shuttle bus available next to the Nin-shia Rd night market.

Room with special rate has no windows, and room was not so large

Excellent, large clean room. Many comfortable amenities. Location in central section is very convenient. Included breakfast was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offered a great location, being close to the night market and public transportation. The gym and spa were decent, and the staff was attentive. They allowed us to check-in early and provided helpful recommendations for local eateries.

The breakfast options were not up to par with what we expected.

The hotel is too far from the mrt station. They have a free shuttle service, but it only goes one way. Big window to the bathroom was a little strange.
